A warning to those certain personnel that do not end the errors (in violation of the Privacy Act of 1974, in violation of H.I.P.P.A., and in violation of ethical and legal medical practices as established by the American Medical Association) that have put a hold on my hope, my personal hope, and my professional hope. Any private person may file a claim against the government under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
