Competitive Intelligence VS. Technological Sophistication

The United States is technologically sophisticated. War based on technological sophistication instead of competitive intelligence is making war costly. The United States may reach a point where wars become to costly to wage. Even so, the individuals that put aside that which is comfortable to defend and extend the principles and institutions of democracy and virtue of the United State will always trump monetary costs and technological sophistication for competitive intelligence.
