N.A.T.O. Transformation and Challenges

N.A.T.O. perception and N.A.T.O. reality must be addressed. The mismatch between what takes place in N.A.T.O., what N.A.T.O. talks about taking place, what N.A.T.O. should be doing, and what N.A.T.O. does requires N.A.T.O. to develop a transformation plan that addresses the challenges of the alliance and the security environment of the alliance. N.A.T.O. has not addressed the challenges of the alliance and the security environment of the alliance with coherent actions.
